Hi everyone, I am new to macro counting and I am doing 40p 40c and 20f and eating 1400 cals per day for body fat loss, want to start seeing this muscle that I train 4 times a week for lol, anyway was looking for some ideas for all meals please and any tips at the start of this journey, thank you and also if I could see people's food diaries who are doing this by adding me as a friend, thank you...I am 5ft 3 weighing 164lbs x
