Hi everyone, I'm happy I found this group. I have arthritis and I'm having trouble working out due to my chronic pain. I was ok until I signed up for a HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) program back in January. My symptoms got worse and I've been dealing with flare ups. I'm still determined to exercise and lose weight but need help. I'm Looking for friends feel free to add me

Hi deemidd, I found a website that might be helpful to you. It is www.arthritis.org Lots of great information, but you might want to consult with your doctor before doing anything strenuous. I hope this is helpful to you.1

I have RA as well. Living with this disease has not been easy. I want to work out as well. I have been intermittent fasting and counting my calories. So far so good. I wish you the best on your journey.1

Try warrior yoga and water workouts. Both are low impact on joints.1
