Not sore.

This might be a dumb question but I'm currently doing fitness blender videos in the morning and yoga with Adrienne at night. I'm losing weight but haven't noticed any soreness. Will this mean I won't see any results? Should I do more?

Nope, you're fine. Soreness doesn't mean you are working out effectively. It's normal to not have soreness.

Awesome! When things go to easy I get worried it's going wrong. I'll keep going though! Thank you for the replies.

It's not an accurate indicator of the effectiveness of your workout. Kate and I do the same workouts, she gets very sore, and I rarely do. We're both seeing very similar results though

Another reason you might not be sore is you have reached a plateau for your muscle gaining. You don't want to be sore every time you workout but you want to push it hard enough to get sore from time to time. Change up your workouts so you can find your weak spots. You would be amazed by something as simple as changing hand grip or adding a 2-3 second hold/pause during a workout changes how you feel. I like to have at least one workout a week make a different muscle group sore.
