I DO BODY WEIGHT FREELETICS 5 TIMES A WEEK I ALSO DO 3 30MIN SPRINT SESSIONS AND 2 5KM RUNS PER WEEK, CURRENTLY ON A HEALTHY DIET CARBS UNDER 150G A DAY. IS IT POSSIBLE TO REACH MY GOAL OR CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME OF A BETTER WAY OF DONG IT

    first - you can stop posting in all caps.

    second, that is way too much weight in such a short period of time - what is the rush?? eat at the calories that MFP tells you to and lose at a reasonable rate.

    is there a reason you have that deadline?

    you mention your carbs, but are you actually eating in a calorie deficit?

    Hi, Yes I am in a calorie deficit the weight did not move for about three weeks whilst playing around with my diet. The past week I have dropped 2cm off waist and one kilo. More protein less carbs seems to be working but slowly!
