Hi everyone!

Getting back on the horse after a few months of debilitating mental health problems.
I am well aware of the mental benefits of exercising, but I am now trying to push back against the irony of my issues driving my lack of motivation.

I have had some great success with the Stronglifts 5x5 program in the past, eventually changing through to a 3x8 routine for a bit more of a challenge.

I fear that most of my gains have been lost, but I want to get back in to it, and get back in to shape!

I like the idea of this community, as accountability to keep up my motivation is something I really need help with.
I'd love to get back down to a lean 85kg again.

I'm based in Sydney, Australia, and would love to get in touch with some like minded locals!

The first step is always the hardest one! It takes longer to build muscle and strength than it does to lose it. Listen to your body as you get back at it. You want to find a way to push it for gains without hurting yourself. Feel free to add me and best of luck!
