Ok hi all!
So here's the thing. I was 49kg or 107lb before I darted on my 90 day shin ohtake max workouts. I workout five times a week, three cardio, of which two is interval and one is long cardio, and two weight training days! Three weeks later, I'm now a 51.5 or 113lb! Such a big difference! Why is this happening? My diet have been perfectly good, I try to eat all natural and I eat about 1300-1400 calories a day. Btw, I'm 155cm or 5'1. Can someone help me please? I don't notice any changes in my body, in fact I fear I may be getting fatter, but that may just be psychological. I'm just so worried and depressed and out of it right now! Could really use some help please! I'm desperate.

How long has it been since you started working out? New exercise can cause water retention as the muscles heal and repair - totally normal. You said you haven't noticed any changes in your body, but you think you're fatter? Take your measurements, pay attention to how your clothes fit. If you're not busting out of your clothes, then don't worry about it - sounds like you're doing things right, other than relying too much on what the scale says. It's a dirty little lair, and loves to mess with our heads. Go by measurements and how you look in the mirror over scale numbers, which can change with hormones, time of the month, salty food, a new workout, etc.0

I agree with Amy and I love the 'dirty little liar' comment! The tape measure is the true teller of all. The scale just messes with your head, especially when water retention is in play. Keep at it and make sure you're drinking water and trying to hit your macros. Are you getting enough protein? You'll need it for your workout schedule.0

Thank you bth for replying! I'm really grateful!:) my measurements haven't seemed to change, but my clothes, seem to fit tighter around the hips and thighs. Is running doin something to my body? I've been doing the workout for three weeks now. I'm pretty scared I'm goin to keep expanding! Can water retention do that? Thanks!0
