This. Have you looked at the meals on their website? I can see how you lose weight - they look AWFUL and that's the pretty pictures to entice you to buy so you know in real life they're even worse.

You can always buy frozen meals in the grocery store for significantly cheaper and log those in MFP.

I had a friend who did Nutrisystem and gave up but had lots of food left over so I took some off her hands. Only shelf stable stuff, nothing frozen. It was... edible. Kind of. I couldn't eat it as is, had to bulk it up with protein and give it some taste with hot sauce. The snacks were sad.

I've no experience with Jenny Craig.

Personally, if you are looking for done-for-you calorie controlled meals, I would get the frozen dinners at the supermarket. Same idea, sometimes better tasting, WAY less expensive. I have a handful of Lean Cuisines that I like and always have in the freezer for just-in-case. I usually bulk them up with more frozen veggies. Stock up when they're on sale.

I still don't entirely know what you were asking--who has done either program? who is doing them now? who has had success/failure with either? who knows where the nearest meeting site is?

If you asked an actual question rather than throwing together random words you might get more thoughtful answers.
