Another newbie from northwich, UK

Hi everyone I'm new to this, trying to lose 2 stone and tone up but keep losing motivation, I'm terrified of the gym at the minute so I've been working out at home til I build up some confidence, any tips for me?

    Hey Laura 80:20 rule.

    80% is nutrition 20% is exercise.

    Get your nutrition right and the home exercise will just speed up those results.
