I hope this challenge has helped everyone focus on making time for themselves. As women, we have a natural tendency to run each day at 100 mph with an extremely full plate! Remember, we need to make sure we find time for ourselves! I know that everyone's personal health and fitness goals are different, but I encourage each of you to schedule time in your day or your self to attain those goals!
