Hey I started using this a few weeks ago. Unfortunately anyone I know who wants to loose weight isn't taking it that seriously so not bothering about tracking their foods.

Hello, Im Amy. I used myfitnesspal over a year ago and lost around 40 pounds. But I didnt stick with it and gained all the weight back. Im back this time to make a change for good. So Ive sent a friend request as I have no one I know thats in the same position. Thanks.

I hope it works out for you this time Amy! Im sure after all the tears of loosing those 40 pounds again it will put u off regaining them again. Previously I lost 21 pounds before tbut put half of it back on again. Done it in a very un healthy way!
