Hey there I'm three years after my accident, do you have a foam roller ? I do exercises everyday on it like clock work. Every morning & night. Ive had to do them every day for 3 years. It is a slow moving heal unfort0

I jacked up my back and sciatic being stupid in the gym. It took almost a year before I could get back to half the strength I had before. I have tried tons of different workouts until I found what works and doesn't hurt. Listen to your body it will tell you what works. Best of luck!1

PT for as long as it takes.. I had a bad motorcycle accident back in 1994 that left me paralyzed from the waist down. 9 months in the hospital and a ton of PT. It took forever but it slowly came back. im still only about 60% feeling in my lower body but I can do anything.... just take it day by day...1
