Shockingly enough I weighed myself and saw a shocking number of 319. I've been letting myself go and need to make sure I don't end up with serious health issue down the line plus I want to feel good about lifting my shirt off again since high school since things went downhill after that.

My macros are 318 g protein, 60 g fat, 246 g of carbs. Should be roughly 2796 calories with cardio every single day and weight lifting 4 times a week. Correct me if you see any problems and I'll love to add everyone and start journey in solitude.
