O you mustn't undo all the good you have achieved - look how much you have already lost - stick with it, look at some old 'fatty' photos , maybe increase some exercise or change what you do to stop the boredom settling in. Do it for yourself - you are worth it :bigsmile:0

You've done amazing in what you've achieved so far!! I can't wait when I'm down to what you are!
On s/w they always tell us when we're feeling unmotivated to think back to a good day or week & 're-eat' the same/similar meals for a boost; especially if you've been logging, maybe going back to a week when you had a big loss and having similar food/undertaking similar exercise will get you back on track?

Calm down, sweetheart. No reason to panic. Perhaps some changes are happening and you're just not aware of them. If you're really stuck, try intermittent fasting. It does wonders for helping you cut weight and maintain muscle. Here's an article ( a whole slew of them, actually). It's excellent reading and it's the plan many people on this site, including me, have had great success with.

When I feel de-motivated, I shake it up. Be it a new diet plan, a new exercise program, or even a new goal to work towards, something new always revs it up for me.0

Try this.
If you slip, then put weight back on, then a bit more, then a bit more, and so on, you could eventually die, from being fat.
Pretty grim I know, but it keeps me motivated!0 -
Anyone who is losing significant weight hits these points. It is part of the process. I have lost 40 lbs 2 different times in years gone by only to slide back into old habits and end up fatter. It is a horrible cycle. This is a good time to reevaluate your priorities and reset.
Why did you want to lose weight in the first place? Are those reasons no longer important?0 -
