Yesterday I donated $100 to Syrian refugees to deprive myself for a week in the ration challenge.
Syrian Refugees get this a week:
- Plain Flour (400 grams)
- A single plain sardine can (125 gram)
- Vegetable oil (300 grams)
- Lentils 170 gram
- Chick peas (dry) 85gram
- Rice 1.9 kilograms

That is what I'm eating from this Sunday (18/06/2017) to the Sunday after (25/06/2017) for the ration challenge. Isn't that insane. If you are equally or more insane you can do it too or donate towards this. Many people are starving and poorly treated and I think everyone should be treated like human beings.
