4-5 days is not a plateau. You lost a lot of water weight the first week, so now it's fluctuating, which is normal. You'll never lose every day or week.3

A plateau would be not losing any weight over the course of an entire menstrual period, or 6+ weeks if you don't have a period. That means comparing Day 1 of one cycle to Day 1 of the next cycle (or Day 6 to Day 6, the point is to compare similar hormone points.) Four to five days is most assuredly not a plateau.3

As the others have said, it's not a plateau. Plus, being in ketosis is not required for weight loss, being in a calorie deficit is.1

It is normal for your body to shed weight quickly then hold steady for long periods before dropping again. When you first start a diet or workout routine it shocks your body and causes rapid weight loss initially but will slow down as your body adjusts. I always workout but when I started a new diet I lost 25 pounds in the first three months but I have only lost 3 pounds in the last month.
As far as Ketosis goes once your body goes into ketosis it only takes one meal to throw your body out of it and it will take 1-2 weeks to get back into Ketosis.1 -
Wow, you've lost 5.5 lbs in a week? You could easily (assuming a deficit of 500 calories a day) not lose for anything for another 4-5 weeks, and still be on track for a good overall loss rate..0

4-5 days isn't a plateau...5.5 Lbs in a week is mostly water and less inherent waste in your system from eating less.1
