changing recipes in MyFitnessPal
I would love to be able to change a recipe after I have entered it just for one meal instead of having to reenter the entire recipe again for just one addition or subtraction. For example, I made a green salad with carrots and tomatoes and bacon. I entered it under "recipes." The next day I have the same salad but I didn't add the bacon. It would great if I could add my original recipe into my "lunch" but have the option to look at each ingredient and edit it just for the one time. Make sense??

If it helps, you can do a negative entry. log your salad, then log -1 (or however many) serving of bacon and it will subtract those calories.0

I always just go in and edit the recipe for amounts.. or you could put your salad in individualy and save it as a meal then when you log the meal you can adjust amounts..that is what i do with my salads. I have several saved in my meals..ceasar, salsa ranch, italian. Ect ect.0
