Former College Athlete who doesn't know how to get back in shape!

Hi! My name is Courtney and as it says in the title, I am a former College athlete. I played softball in college and just graduated and I have no clue how to start my fitness journey. My main problem comes from the nutrition side of things. I also could use any tips on lifting because I don't want to lift too heavy anymore but doing light weight and a lot of reps doesn't feel like it's doing anything! Thanks for the help in advance!
