First week

Hi. It's my first week on "my fitness." Working to lose 20-25 and tone up quite a bit. Do 45-60 minutes of treadmill (with interval incline and speed) and weights 5-6 days per week. Low carb diet (for the most part). Work lunch meetings and family dinners out can be challenging, so I try, but sometimes Outback bread and other times chips and salsa get me. My Sunday dinners must be tasted by me before I serve it and the occasional couple of glasses of wine is also enjoyed...usually on Sundays while I'm cooking...Lol. Four weeks as of yesterday and I feel stronger and tighter.. starting to see some small difference in appearance. Week 2-3 was the worst!!...felt and looked bigger and flabbier in my stomach! Sticking to it. Will do it. Haven't weighed myself at all since I started 4 weeks ago. Will do it again when clothes start to get bigger. Hate the scale. Proud of all of you working toward being healthier! Don't ever give up! :):)
