Nerdfitness bodyweight routine calories?

Hello! What's the best way to figure out calories burned doing bodyweight exercise routines like Nerdfitness?
20 body weight squats
10 push ups
20 walking lunges
10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
15 second plank
30 Jumping Jacks
I use my Fitbit Alta HR for cardio, but now I'm starting strength training and I've heard the Fitbit isn't good for that.

    That calories burned from that routine is negligible. It is probably only 50-75 calories. If you want to log it go to cardio and search for calisthenics.

    Yep, I would just log it as calisthenics as well.
