Walking, start with simple walking. You can progress to running later if you wish. Also try some gym classes and find one you enjoy.6

Well put a foot in front of the other and move forward And keep going for 30minute2

To lose fat, you need a calorie deficit. Exercise can help achieve it, but exercise isn't 100% necessary. Think of it a a health benefit more than a weight loss benefit.
With that being said, any exercise that gets you up and moving is better than nothing. Find something you will enjoy that you will stick to like walking, hiking, dancing, etc.4 -

This.
I prefer riding a bike because it's more fun. You can go farther. And faster. But you need a bike. Everybody has feet.
Go look in the debate forum on MFP, you'll see two threads about how it used to be a lot easier to be skinny 30 years ago. Food wasn't very different back then, they had McDonald's in the late 80s. They didn't have quite as much convenience, though, people couldn't uber, or have as many things delivered, they couldn't print a file from a database ... they had to walk to accomplish a lot of things we do with a computer or a phone now. They burned a lot more calories as part of their background, day-to-day lives, and it was easier for them to maintain a healthy weight. The take home message is we should all walk more.
Of course it comes down to a calorie deficit. Exercise helps with that. And most people don't eat cake while they walk around the neighborhood; exercise takes away a lot of opportunity for boredom eating. And walking is a kind of exercise that anybody can do. Like right now.7 -
FitnessBlender.com Log on, try some of their workouts, both with weights and body weight, repeat the ones you like the most.2

I agree with the fitness blender tip. It's free but if ud like to know which workout to do and which one the next day etc u have the option of paying for a plan. It might be a good idea starting off. It was for me ☺️0
