So, i'm currently trying to lose about 60+ pounds. I've been on diet/exercising before, but i always give up before i can reach my goal. So my question is: how do you guys stay motivated? and how do guys manage your self control? Let me know!

Q: Am I there yet?
A: No.
Therefore, I'm still motivated.
I don't know how to stay motivated. I just know how to log my food in the food diary and keep trying. I know that I have days when I eat too much, sometimes way too much, and I know that every time I do that I just keep trying. Today the site tells me I've lost 102 lb. I've got 10 more to go. I'm still motivated.

Take a daily selfie to track your progress.
Take daily cardio pic to compete with yourself.
Surround yourself with positive reinforcement.
Buy a pair of pants one size too small. As they fit, buy a smaller.
Be realistic about your goals.
Be your own hero.
Put calendar encourage reminders in your phone.
Post its around the house.
All of these things help me.1
