How to get back on diet after diet

I went on a 10 day vacation, I blew my diet what should I do

    Just get back on it. Meal plan if that helps, stock up on foods that you like that fit your goals, remember that you're probably going to show some water weight, and get back to it.

    For what not to do - don't think you need to do anything special. Just get back to it.

    That sounds like a lovely vacation. I just got back from a 2 month unplanned diet vacation and feel so refreshed! I gained back almost 10 pounds, but that is a drop in the bucket and will come off in no time. You just pick up where you left off like taking a vacation from work. It may feel a little odd at first, but you will be back in your routine in no time.
