Hello,
I love water but even I get bored of it sometimes. I've started making ice tea with Tetley's Red Berry Rooibos Tea. It's naturally caffeine free and has no calories (unless you sweeten). I boil a big kettle of water, use two bags and I stir in 1 tbsp of sugar (but it's for a big pitcher so not much sugar per glass, you could use more or less). Chill it in the fridge and voila, a drink that tastes good but doesn't blow my diet. I've tried a few other flavours and brands, but this one is my favourite. I sound like a commercial. LOL
Cheers!
