... Someone asked me recently why do I want to lose so much weight at my age? My answer - So I can live the rest of my life the way that I want to, not by the way I need to... #middleageweightlossawesomeness...

The path to reaching your ultimate health happiness as a middle-aged goddess does not have to be an uphill climb every day. The struggle at times is real, but you have to ask yourself one simple question every day from here on in -
Do you want to live the rest of your life the way that you want to, or the way that you need to? Having restrictions from your body just to go for a basic walk or a swim in the ocean because you have an extra 100lbs of weight to carry around with you every day is not living the life that you want to. You are giving in to those restrictions and living the way that you need to because of them.

I for one, do not want these life body restrictions any longer and have joined this forum to achieve my life healthy goals. I want to lose 125 lbs in a year and reverse my diabetes diagnosis the right way!
I am a 52 year old middle-aged goddess and I intend to stay on this journey until I have achieved my goal. Looking for inspiration from every middle-aged goddess out there to take this journey with me! Whose in it to win it?
