Can't get back on track

Hey guys!
Does anyone have any tips for getting/staying on track?
I tend to have a few good days and the completely self-sabotage!
I still exercise but it isn't helping because I can't seem to stick to dieting. Please help

    why do you want to do this?
    That's step one. The desire to change has to be stronger than the desire to stay the same.
    Next - what is your 'diet'? (Lifestyle change is where its at) If you're cutting too much, and 'giving up everything and hating what you eat' its not sustainable, and hence, a few days in and done.

    Start with ADDING IN vs Deleting.
    Add in some Healthy foods. Add another veggie, or 2 or 3.
    Add more Water
    Then take away one sweet.... change it for a fruit.
    Etc.

    Write down WHY you want this. Dig deep, like a 3 year old... why? for my shorts to fit? Why? so I'm comfortable? Why? To be about to feel good when out with friends? Why? etc....... Not your"surface" why, but WHY do you REALLY want a change?
