    I've been doing Starting Strength now for just over a month. Really a great program! My lifts have all gone up quite a bit already and my pants are much looser (started overweight not underweight). Highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain strength, muscle mass, and lose some inches off your waist (provided you're overweight a bit).
