Hey mfp community!
I had my first child almost two weeks ago and I'm looking to try to get my food habits back in check. I'm looking for healthy recipes or ideas. I'm breastfeeding and completely exausted! So looking for things that'll be good for milk supply, nutritious, and most importantly, easy.
Thank you in advance!

Hello! Congratulations on the baby! I make a big pot of soup with veggies and beans every week for lunch. Super easy, tasty, and nutritious. I usually get my recipes on allrecipes.com. You can used canned and/or frozen veggies. For most I start by sauteeing some onions, then add any of these combinations and broth as needed:
1) black beans, diced tomatoes, frozen mixed vegetables
2) 2 cans of black beans and a jar of salsa (good pureed!)
3) roasted cauliflower and carrots (did you know you can roast frozen veggies just like fresh?)
4) cannellini beans and spinach, with some lemon juice and parmesan cheese
5) cannellini beans and eggplant
There are lots of combinations based on what you like! Good luck!2
