Bariatric Patients Meal Plan Idea`s

I am 8 weeks out and struggle with protein and meal idea`s. I researched the net and am just reaching out thru here to see if anyone has any suggestions outside of premade shakes on what has maybe worked for anyone else.

Unsweetened almond milk on its own or with protein powder.
Greek yogurt with jam or Greek yogurt with olive oil and salt and pepper
Cottage cheese
Genepro makes a fairly flavorless protein you can mix into soups.
Vital protein makes one that mixes well in coffee or anything.
Low fat cheese
Egg whites

You really do need to speak with your dietician. Online sites such as MFP are not focused on bariatric patients so the suggestions you get here might not be appropriate for you.

That said, I have a good friend that is over a year out, and protein shakes are her mainstay. She also loves Halo Top.
