I've reached around the half way point in my weight loss journey and thought it would be a good time to share my success pictures.

I've achieved what I have through logging calories and regular exercise, nothing special, no secrets really! I feel I've learnt a lot about what my body needs and how to achieve what I need to - now just need to reach my 200lbs goal!
