Has anyone been able to loose weight while on antidepressants?

    I have lost a lot of weight while on antidepressants. Just be aware that most do not affect appetite although some might in some people. Antidepressants do not cause you to gain weight by themselves, they need a calorie surplus to do that. Some can alter your hunger signals so it is especially important to log religiously.
