Hello,
It's widely known that protein used to repair muscles that your rapture when you exercise.
What about having high amounts of carbs instead?
Would this kind of intake work to gain muscle?
I'm very poor in Biology so excuse my poor knowledge.
Thanks!

Muscle is pretty much protein and water...you need protein to build muscle. Carbs provide for your glycogen stores.0

Carbs are mainly for pure energy. Your body uses fat and protein for rebuilding cells as well as energy.0
