Exercise and Mental Capability

I have noticed as I have increased my workout regularity I am much sharper mentally. Anyone else had that experience or am I imagining it?

    It's very true and prevented my trauma induced depression for many years.

    I work out 5 times a week and it has done bugger-all for my mental capacity. just this morning I was looking for my car keys and I found them ... in my hand hehehe

    Hard to quantify but exercise definitely makes me feel sharper.

    I think in some ways, I am sharper in general from working out, but I don't know if it is from working out directly or the more and/or deeper sleep I am getting from exercise or some combination of those effect plus stress relief. I just tend to feel better in general as I exercise so I am not complaining :)
