Hey y'all! Food is my foe! I need help with healthy, filling, cheap, meals/snacks. I really need to monitor what I put in my body and how much. Any tips?

I am trying very hard to meal.plan these days! Some meals I have packed for lunch are chicken, wild brown rice, mini potatoes seasoned and Brussels sprouts broccoli and baby carrots steamed. I also do salmon instead of chicken. I also do a spinach strawberry salad with tuna and some whole wheat crackers. I did a red lentil pasta from trader Joe's with crab stick, sauteed cabbage and onion and soy sauce2

My diary is open if you'd like ideas. I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian and eat generally healthy, keeping room for a few treats.0
