MFP says 84gms of Orzo RISCOSSA (pasta) is 1,247kj per 84gms. Is that 84gms cooked or raw?

Do you have a packet with the nutritional information? It should say on there, and then you can confirm the database info..0

It says the same but again doesn't say if thats raw or cooked. I wondered the same thing with rice too.0

It is usually raw weight as it soaks up different amounts of water during cooking depending on whether you have it al-dente or not.1

Rice is generally raw.
How many serves are in the pack? How heavy is the pack? That should confirm definitely whether it's raw or cooked...1 -
Unless it states otherwise, uncooked. Once you cook the orzo it'll hold the water and you'll realize that 84 grams cooked is basically nothing.1
