It so good, the noodle are zero fat, zero carb, fat. It was so easy to do it. Sauté veggies with Pam spray. When veggies cooked add noodles from the package. and then cooked shrimp. If you buy the raw shrimp you may have to cook longer.

I often make something like that, but with peanut powder and soy sauce instead of peanut sauce.

Yum! I actually had pork curry with shirataki noodles this morning.
And now my husband wants Alfredo for dinner so I'll use those for mine.
I've yet to use peanut sauce, though that sounds sooooo good. But I've used both Pad Thai and a spicy Thai stir fry sauce. Maybe I'll do peanut sauce for my work meals next week!0 -

Well you can certainly make it from scratch but I only do that on special occasions. I tend to just buy Classico brand alfredo sauce in a jar. It's actually pretty low calorie. So I do alfredo sauce, maybe add some extra garlic and red pepper, some parmasean cheese, 8oz of chicken or pork loin and the noodles.0

It is.
If I'm going to do alfredo sauce from scratch it's going to be done with regular flour pasta and on a day where I'm eating at maintenance for some reason because it's not something I will ever compromise the recipe on.
The sauce from scratch is basically butter, fresh chopped garlic, flour, 2% milk, asiago cheese, parmasean cheese, chopped chicken breast and a ton of white wine. (Taught to me by my mom).
You don't mess with a recipe like that. You don't try to make it low fat or low cal. You add some thick garlic bread on the side, pour yourself a large glass of white wine and just let it happen, lol.
So yeah, my low cal shirataki Alfredo gets store bought sauce, lol.0
