Hey guys, I've been doing this since march, and I've since become addicted to lifting at the gym. I had always been good during the week, but then drank and ate too much every Friday and Saturday. Even though I made progress anyway, I decided it was time for a whole 30 days to go without beer, alcohol, or cheat days. To keep myself accountable, I've been doing a daily vlog!
