Does anyone else struggle with a pound up and a pound down, losing and gaining the same five pounds?

How did you get out of the cycle and start consistently losing?

Do you have a calorie goal for weight loss? do you use a food scale and log accurately?

Working out? Change your routine up. Maybe lift a little more, cardio a little harder/longer.

    Adjust caloric goal? Re-evaluate.

    Sleeping enough?

    Drinking enough water?

My nutritionist upped my carbs once...that did it.

Food scale! I think it's a necessity. Even after measuring for over a year, I still use it every day.

I've been inadvertently maintaining for 2 months now, gaining and losing the same ~5lbs over and over again. Just gotta stay the course and find the will power.

I've been in the same situation. So I've been able to maintain so now I have to start doing more. Just be more observant and try to figure out why you're gaining back those few. For me it's weekends.
