Soo....I have found many tools in these last few days. One is a 10 minute workout. I was in an extended arm plank position heading to a downward dog when I felt BOTH my hamstrings burn in pain till I fell. I have never ever felt this before.!!

    Then don't do that?

    Maybe it's something you need to build up to.

    Or maybe you're doing it wrong? :)

    It is a muscle spasm , do not worry people always get it when muscle is worked out in a exercise for the first time. Your hamstrings will get stronger and workout will become easier.
