Local Food Recommendations in European Cities

Ciao!
I am headed off to Europe for 2 weeks. I have never visited before. I'll be visiting Rome, Copenhagen, Falkenberg (Sweden), London, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Any food recommendations in these cities?? I am a very adventurous eater and love to eat local. We will be doing a lot of sight seeing in Rome and London. Any other travel tips?
