I began the year with my weight flexing between 355 amd 380. A few factors that motivated me included noticing I was doing the fat man wheezing when I was at a sit still and when I went to the chiropractor it took two people two jump on my fat *kitten* to crack my back. My "F-ME" moment was when my 25 year old son came to visit. We went to the mountains during winter, he wanted to climb to the summit and go snowboarding. I just could not do it because of my size and poor physical condition. He's a great kid, never said anything but I did notice the utter look of disappointment as he saw how bad I was.

So, that day, began a new chapter for me. In March I changed everything. The way I eat and I'm at the gym 3 or 4 days a week. Yesterday, was my first milestone as I weighed in under 300 pounds. It's been about six years since I've been under that mark. I have a way to go but getting that first monkey off my back was nice.

I was 64 yo and weighed 376# in 2012. My youngest son gave me my Wake Up Call. I promised him I would do something about my weight.
After joining WW in January 2013 I am now at 209 headed for BELOW 200!

I don't remember when I went over 200 probably in my 20s. I got down to 202 in 1987 but never got close again till now thirty years later!
