Hello to All!!!!
I am finding this site very helpful to me, each day I log in and write down my daily intake of foods it help me stay aware of all my foods that I eat.
Plus after discussing with my doctor not to eat cookies and/or chips, also stay away from French Fries.
My personal goal is to trim off a good ten pounds with a understanding to maintain the weight lost to stay fit and trim for the long term solution.
