Who said you had to go out to have take out? I love making food at home . Tonight I made cauliflower fried rice, cucumber and carrot salad with bean sprouts and peanuts drizzled with ginger dressing and teriyaki pork medallions!!!!! Totally satisfying and guilt free! My whole plate was 664 calories TOTAL!!!!!

Perfect - I don't eat food that's been in prison.

That sounds good. Slightly above my dinner calorie goal but I could make it work without the peanuts and dressing. Thanks :)

I eat everything I like, but portion appropriately, and don't attach morality to food. Best change ever to happen to me.

Teriyaki pork isn't Chinese food, and I don't believe in feeling guilty about food (unless you stole it, or you took seconds before some people had a chance for a first helping), but way to go on making your dinner yourself, having all those great flavors, and (presumably) fitting them in your calorie goals
