What type of food do you like? Anything special that you find is your staple ingredient? I have a ton but also have a lot of good resources that I'd be happy to share1

You can find lots of low carb recipes on Pinterest. I'm also in quite a few Facebook groups that share recipes and motivation.
This is one of my favorites:
Jalepeno Poppers
Only 4 ingredients, LOW CARB, and delicious!!! Ingredients: 1 lb ground sausage (HOT if ya like! ) 22 jalapeños 1- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat over 425. Cook sausage until browned. Set aside. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Rinse jalapeños. Cut each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds. Stuff jalapeños with sausage mixture. Cook for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown (cook on a large baking pan).
You can also wrap them in bacon before baking!7 -

I like to do a chicken fajita
8 oz chicken,
1 large green pepper,
1 large red pepper,
1 large onion,
1 packet of fajita seasoning.
You brown the chicken in a pan with cooking spray then add in the veg and seasoning. To finish off the veg add water a 1/4 cup at a time (as it evaporates, you dont want soup just moisture to steam the veg) until they are tender stiring the whole time. I eat this plain without tortillas.1 -
Have you tried cauliflower rice? Its super easy if you have a blender, just rough chop the cauliflower and toss it in a blender with water, pulse a couple of times and drain. After its in rice size pieces you season it (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder) then put it in the oven spread thin on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees on until its soft and browned. After its cooked use it for a rice replacement in any savory dish.12

Can also buy it from some shops. Here in Australia we have it at coles0 -
Or zucchini noodles! If you buy a spiralizer they turn out great, but I don't and just cut them in very thin strips and they still do the job. You can also do 1/3 pasta noodles 2/3 zucchini noodles and then just make your own tomato sauce with added protein: chicken strips, beef, tofu..some oregano and black pepper (and cheese if you can handle it), and they're delicious. Or just sautéed with some garlic, chili flakes, prawns, lemon and soy sauce (ginger if you like it) and strips of carrot, yum!
Eggs are also a great option. You can do a huge omelet with whole egg(s) plus egg whites, and then stuff it with veggies like tomato and mushrooms with a salad to the side and rye toast (great source of fiber and protein, low carb).
Any protein like chicken thighs (higher fat than chicken breast so will keep you full for longer) or salmon, etc, wrapped in foil with veggies and herbs/marinade/lemon&mustard popped in the oven is a great idea. Then you can add some quinoa to the side. Endless options!2 -
I am also looking for recipes with low carbs, the poppers sound really nice, also looking for breakfast foods, if anybody got any ideas

I just started Keto myself while still eating eggs/dairy/ seafood... It has been a challenge! Pinterest has been great for recipes along with " The healthy Ketogenic vegetarian cookbook". Seems real daunting at first to put together an actual meal plan, as I never have before. My favorite things so far have Been:
egg muffins, soups, Caesar salad, egg salad, tuna, veggie protein wraps, and WHISPS. Oh god- yes. Bring on those crispy critters! You can still have a ton of cheese, eggs, protein, and greens... Get creative, have fun! Also, get a good scale to measure all your food so you know exactly what you are eating. Almost everything has damn carbs!!!! Gotta try to get the right food combinations to stretch your carbs throughout the day. Good luck to you!!!3 -
Yes dam carbs....lol. what an eye opener looking at whats in foods, hidden sugars etc
