Not happy I put 2lbs on this week and don't know why I do 10,000steps a day plus running for 30min and stay under my calories it getting on my nerves now x

    2lbs is not a big fluctuation. Unless you're constantly gaining weight back I wouldn't worry about it. As long as overall your weight is heading downward you're on the right track.

    Water weight from sore muscles, hormones or too much sodium probably...

    I lose weight very strangely. I'll lose like 10lbs one month, hover or even gain a couple pounds for a couple weeks, then drop a few pounds in a week.

    I don't really change anything during that time I just came to realize that's how my body works. You need to learn how your body works then you won't be too shocked at these trends.
