I have been on a serious weight loss journey for a year since my dad passed and have lost 39 pounds to date. I have reached a plateau and would like some advice. I have just upgraded to premium. I truly love this app and credit it to being a part of my success. I am a nurse and have been encouraged by my results and others see the progress as well. However? I am ready to jump over this plateau! I welcome your feedback.

How much more do you need to lose to reach the healthy BMI?
The closer to it you are, the slower you get to it.
There are so many things that can influence your CI and your CO that you're the only one who can know what to do. Logging your food and exercise the most accurately you can will give you the best quality of data to study to find your path forward.0
