Chicken is the one thing I can eat that does not aggravate my gallbladder (meat wise) as long as I don't eat a large portion and it's not spicy or heavily seasoned. I already made some marinated in lemon juice and olive oil which was awesome, anyone have any other non spicy recipes out there? Thanks!!

I like to marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing.

I marinate in honey and lime juice with spices of choice. (Mine are garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and seasoned salt). I make a black bean and corn salsa with onion, red bell pepper and jalapeno to go with it. Colorful and flavorful.

Can you have a non-spicy chili powder? This can be a nice change of flavors. I like Penzey's mild chili powder or a mild taco seasoning (Penzey's Original Taco is mild). Just sprinkle on the spice and drizzle with olive oil as you grill. I sometimes slice the chicken after grilling and make taco salad bowls. Even more delicious: grill peppers and onions too, for fajitas.
