Does seated leg extensions adds mass to the Quads or not ?
Should this be done daily or 2 days a week with rest for 1 day after each workout ?

    They can stimulate hypertrophy which with a calorie surplus and sufficient protein will "add mass".

    Leg extensions are helpful, but you should be doing Leg Press if you can't do Squats. Leg extensions only really focus on quads and nothing else where Leg Press helps develop most of your leg muscle entirely which is what you want, remember it's all about symmetry. And only work out your legs once or twice a week, not every day.
