Calories burned

Yesterday I unloaded 2 large pallets of air conditions. At least 30 from 5,500- 10,000 BTU's each. I heard they can weigh from 40- 78 lbs. so I wonder how much I burned if it was a total of 1,500 lbs.

    Depends how far you carried them.

    500 calories per mile.

    Not much. It is essentially a weight lifting exercise.

    I work on about 130kcals per 30 minutes on the weights, but its down to you own weight as well, I'm 162lb
