Hello all, simple post and in need on an external opinion. Upon following a low/moderate carbohydrate intake diet, I find myself wondering if glycogen storages should be replenished every week, bi-weekly, every three weeks or once a month. What I mean by that is, how often should one consume more carbs when following a low carb diet? No need for scientific explanation, just looking for opinions on what works for different people.

You don't have to, and you shouldn't if you're eating low carb. Your glycogen stores replenish themselves from fat.

Intense and somewhat prolonged cardio exercise can deplete glycogen stores, causing you to stop your exercise. Normal non-intense living the rest of the day gives your body plenty of time to meet its needs for glycogen production and storage with the amount of calories you give it. 'Diet breaks' are not for glycogen topping, as your body keeps that tank filled normally.
