60-Day Fitness Challenge

Our group has set individual goals and will support and encourage the group to reach their goals. The challenge will start June 19, 2017 and will end August 20, 2017. Fitness and nutrition information will be provided throughout the challenge. Anyone is welcome to join the group any time, even after the start date. Also, if you would like to set a shorter goal or if you have an event that you are training for, then feel free to set that goal and join the team. We'd love to have you. All fitness levels are welcome. If you would like assistance with setting a goal or coming up with a fitness routine, let me know. I'd love to help you out with that.
